When Dr. Cari put me on the cleanse I was very nervous. I didn’t think I could do it, and dialed the phone many times to tell her that I was quitting. The first three days were very difficult but after the first three days, it got better. I am used to eating at any time or day, so it was difficult to be restricted on what I ate. I lost 10 pounds on the cleanse, but more importantly I feel better. The shakes even taste good. Knowing you are putting better food into your body, makes your body respond better to you.

I just wanted to send you huge gratitude because the work you did with me last time was so great! I have SO much more energy than I have had in I don’t know how long. I’m sure it’s not easy remembering each person’s stuff, but you gave me a bunch of nutrition including trace minerals and it seems to be making all the difference.

thanks for the session today! This evening while I was working around the house getting dinner ready and cleaning up, I went over to the thermostat twice to see what it was set on….I felt so warm I thought someone must have cranked the heat up. I was surprised to see the furnace for the house wasn’t set any warmer so it must have been me! I’m visualizing my internal furnace and I can see myself shoveling more and more into it, and my goodness is coming out everywhere – the things I touch, what I say, how I think.
I hope my internal warming trend continues. Thank you again and I’ll see you in two weeks.

I’ve been thinking about you. THANK YOU!!! All the appointments I had with you helped me so much and are continuing to push me in the right direction. I have been able to sleep through the night consistently for the last month. Although I still have the arm symptoms, they are not as strong and are completely absent at times 
. I can’t remember the last time I had the leg symptom or the chest tenderness either . I am much more aware of my feelings and do my best to acknowledge them, accept and even embrace them! Thank you very much for all your help.

I can’t tell you how amazing I feel! Normally I am petrified to speak in front of a group. It is a big enough to change my demeanor in front of a room and since we started working together, people have been commenting that I actually look like I am enjoying it. It has been great!
