Coconut Cacao Balls
3 cups – shredded coconut
1 1/2 cup – raw cacao powder
1 cup – maple syrup
1/3 cup – coconut oil
1 tablespoon – vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Put all of the wet ingredients together and blend. Pour the blended wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until all dry ingredients are wet. Once mixed roll cookie “dough” into a donut hole sized cookie. Roll each cookie in raw coconut until coated. Place on wax paper and refrigerate. Cookies must stay cold to retain ball shape.
