Join Dr. JR as he dives into what auto-recognition is and how it plays a role in autoimmune disorders. He will be giving an in-depth view of auto-recognition and the organs that correspond to it. He will share how we can strengthen our immune system by focusing on our state of self (auto) recognition. Auto-recognition does not only happen within; it is both internal and external. This class will end with a Qigong technique called the Inner Smile.
It is our passion to help educate the community on how to live a healthier lifestyle. Enjoy demonstrations and time for Q+A with the docs to learn and experience how they work!
Due to the current state of things, we have opted to do our regularly scheduled classes on Zoom instead of in person so while Q+A will still happen…our healthy, delicious dinner that we provide will have to wait until we can return to in-person health classes.
