Dr. JR will be discussing the importance of adapting a meditative practice into your daily life. He will help you better understand what meditation is and why it so important in the continued maintenance of the human body. This class will end with a guided meditation and visualization.
It is our passion to help educate the community on how to live a healthier lifestyle. Enjoy demonstrations and time for Q+A with the docs to learn and experience how they work!
Due to the current state of things, we have opted to do our regularly scheduled classes on Zoom instead of in person so while Q+A will still happen…our healthy, delicious dinner that we provide will have to wait until we can return to in-person health classes.
