The Holiday cheers have ended for this year and the new year is upon us. Learn how to set personal goals and intentions for your overall betterment, health and well-being. Dr. J.R. will help you develop a morning routine and discuss the importance of taking time for our consciousness maintenance especially first thing in the morning. The simple tools taught will set the tone for your day and help you to reach a greater potential for your life.
It is our passion to help educate the community on how to live a healthier lifestyle. Enjoy demonstrations and time for Q+A with the docs to learn and experience how they work!
Due to the current state of things, we have opted to do our regularly scheduled classes on Zoom instead of in person so while Q+A will still happen…our healthy, delicious dinner that we provide will have to wait until we can return to in-person health classes.
