Enhancing your Ability to Safely and Effectively Use Essential Oils.
Essential oils are popping up everywhere from pharmacies to Amazon to Walmart to expensive spas and medical offices. Prices vary considerably as does quality. High quality essential oils can be a wonderful, effective and primarily safe form of non-toxic, self-care for you and your family. But they are very potent.
Have you ever been taught safety guidelines for using them? Do you wonder if you can take them internally or not? And if so, which ones and in what ways? Are you afraid to diffuse oils around your pets, your babies, your husband with asthma? To use them while pregnant or breastfeeding? Do you know how to tell if your oils are pure and therapeutic grade? Are you aware of which oils are hot, which one shouldn’t be used in the sun or how and when to safely dilute oils?
If you harbor any of these questions, you are not alone. In this 2-part non-brand-related essential oil class, you will learn what essential oils really are, why they are so powerful, and how to use them safely.
Part 1 (April 22nd) we will address the overall safe use of essential oils. You will learn
