Dr. Sunny Gill is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Osteopathic Physician who has practiced medicine in the hospital, clinics, and academic medicine. Is committed to having people be empowered in healing their own body so there is more love and laughter in this world. Through his studies in multiple disciplines of healing and having a health crisis himself, he knows that everyone has the power to author the life that they love.
Alex Courtney BS in Exercise Sciences, Fellow of Applied Functional Science, As a Health and Wellness business owner for the past 10 years, Alex is committed to Educating Health Literacy and Independence. He has a passion for Biomechanics and Human Physiology, which has allowed him to work with client(s) that range from pain management / post rehab, beginner to athlete. Sean Courtney is a Health Scientist in the North Shore, co-owner of Twice as Fit Squared for the past 10 years. Health Education and Empowerment are the structures he implements to address the Mind, Body, and Spirit. The choices we make daily directly reflect our health outcome. Laurie J. Urbancik is a life-long seeker and lover of all things health and wellness in mind, body and spirit. She enjoyed a successful 25-year Management career at a Fortune 100 company based in Chicago. Laurie holds a B.S. in Mass Communications and an M.S. in Communications from Illinois State University. After experiencing a number of life altering physical illnesses, Laurie elected to leave Corporate stress to re-calibrate and rejuvenate herself recognizing that health and well-being is a personal commitment that requires choice and action. Laurie is passionate about sharing health and wellness information with others who are energized to improve their well-being. Her passion for wellness and a strong desire to have great, tasting treats led her to create a line of healthy snacks and baked goods that are as good for you as they are to eat.
Del Serranilla is a healthcare professional for over 30 years. With a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, she worked as a medical- surgical bedside nurse at Michael Reese Hospital and Northwestern Memorial Hospital and also was a home visiting nurse. She uses her own experience having had a life threatening illness to share health habits and lifestyle choices as well as successful approaches in dealing with illness.
