Tami Graham is thrilled to be back in Chicagoland and a part of the Be Optimal team with such a highly skilled team of compassionate practitioners that treat the whole body so brilliantly!

For over 15 years, Tami has helped manage holistic, alternative, and traditional medical offices here in the Chicago area as well as other amazing locations: Santa Fe, New Mexico; Ashland, Oregon; Mount Shasta, California; and Asheville, North Carolina. She has worked to support doctors of Chiropractic, Osteopathic, Naturopathic, Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Family Practice, Nurse Practitioners as well as other practitioners in Massage, EFT, Reiki, MAT, Compassionate Communication, Colon Hydrotherapy, Coaches and counselors.

Tami is a Reiki Master and has studied Feng Shui, The LifeLine Technique, Sound Healing, Energy Clearing and Compassionate Communication. She is passionate about providing the best client/patient experience while supporting practitioners to be able to offer their very best. She takes great pride in creating an efficient, calm and grounded space. She welcomes feedback while striving to keep improving and up-leveling our holistic health center.

In her spare time Tami likes to write, quilt and photograph miniature vignettes. She is currently writing a series of children’s books for the energy sensitive children of our time and their families. She believes whole-heartedly in the power of love and gratitude. Welcome home Tami!
