So many buzz words around the idea of fasting or cleansing. At the change of each season, it is a great habit to find a healthy balanced way to get rid of the old and make space for the new! Dr. Cari will explain the many advantages of doing a cleanse or detox. Additionally, there are multiple programs and ways to detoxify the body so it will be important to learn what might work best for you and your body. Time to clean things up...come learn how best to do it!
