LEARN:

  • Mindful Eating

  • How To Protect Your Gut Through Diet

  • How To Healthfully Detoxify and

  • How To Make These Changes Sustainable For Optimal Health + Longevity

Week One: Learning to mindfully eat

  • Learning to tune into your body’s needs

  • Paying attention to what agrees with your body

  • Learning to slow down and listen to hunger/ fullness cues, recognize emotional eating, enjoying the experience of eating

  • Set intentions for growth this Spring

Week Two: Gut reset + detoxification

  • Reduce inflammation by identifying irritating foods

  • Deeply nourish and improve the integrity of the gut

  • Restore gut flora

  • Incorporating foods to move along sluggish detox pathways from the winter

  • Foods to encourage regular bowel movements and elimination

  • Shedding toxic thoughts and self-limiting beliefs

Week Three: Making sustainable change

  • Feasible goal setting

  • Learning to modify goals when needed

  • Leaning on community members and support systems for encouragement

Carly Feldmeier, MScN, is a nutritionist and holistic health practitioner passionate about bringing gentleness and compassion to health and wellness coaching. She completed her Master's of Science in Nutrition at National University of Natural Medicine and is ready to serve her community. With a unique nutrition education from a naturopathic institution, Carly focuses on using the healing power of nature in her practice. From clinical and counseling experience to culinary expertise, Carly is prepared and excited to co-actively guide you in your health journey. Trained in trauma-informed care, Carly is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space for sharing, healing and growing.
