Evening with the Doctors is inspired by Dr. Cari’s belief in educating first and providing new possibilities in finding solutions for the array of health issues that confront our world. When we have a deeper understanding of holistic healthcare and we learn tools to positively impact our life then we are empowered to take responsibility for our health and wellness and thus, a clearer direction of what it will take to get there.

As an attendee, you will have an opportunity to speak directly with one or more doctors about any health issues and concerns you may have, as well as experience amazing one on one demonstrations.

Anyone interested in holistic health & wellness - current patients, potential patients and their friends and family.

Each month (sometimes more frequently), we offer free health classes. Classes are ‘general health information classes’ with an open forum Q & A format to answer troubling health questions for those in attendance.

Some classes have specific topics based on frequently asked questions by current and potential patients (ie: hormone problems, how to eat healthfully with a busy schedule, etc) and sometimes we host guest speakers/practitioners. The classes are unique and different each month.

Additionally, our expert health practitioners may select members from the group and perform demonstrations so attendees can experience first hand what we do. This is our way of giving you solutions as well as an inside look at who we are at Be Optimal.
